One-year Doctor Mentorship Program includes personalized support from a dedicated Regional Doctor Mentor

Dedicated Regional Doctor Mentor:
Each associate veterinarian and their local medical leader will be paired with a Regional Doctor Mentor (RDM). The RDM will be dedicated exclusively to mentorship, overseeing a cohort of associate veterinarians, and will be available on an as-needed basis for support and consultation.
Experienced On-Site Doctor Support:
Associate veterinarians are also supported by local medical leaders – experienced doctors on-site at their hospital for day-to-day support.
Personalized Plan:
The program will be tailored to the individual needs of each associate veterinarian and will include a structured plan with goals, weekly interactive discussions, and regular check-ins with the local hospital leader and the RDM. The RDM will support the associate veterinarian and their local hospital leader with monthly check-ins, ensuring both have the tools and support they need to be successful.
Local Community and Expert Case Support:
Each associate veterinarian will be a part of a larger peer community to foster connection and relationship building. They also will have access to on-demand case consultation via a chat group supported by a team of seasoned Thrive veterinarians across all lanes of practice.
