Specialized Care for Complex Skin Conditions
Pets with complex or chronic skin conditions may not respond to traditional treatment methods offered at primary care clinics. The new location provides pets with specialized veterinary care focused on diagnosing and treating various skin conditions and allergies using state-of-the-art diagnostics and therapies.
The clinic is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools to perform a variety of tests, such as skin scrapes, cytology, biopsies, and more, to accurately identify the root cause of dermatological issues. This enables the team to implement effective treatments and manage various skin disorders that can otherwise be challenging to treat.
Dermatology for Animals Astoria offers a collaborative approach, working alongside your pet’s primary veterinarian to develop a personalized treatment plan. Veterinary dermatologists have undergone years of education, training and experience focused solely on animals’ skin, ears, hair and nails.
