That's another thing that I'm passionate about, is making people happy in the role that they're in, and feeling like they have personal growth within that role, or maybe outside of that role, so they can stay in it. And for some people, maybe that means that you are perfectly fine doing the same clinical role, but you learn to fly airplanes, or your kids are your passion outside of work, and you don't need to kind of be grinding at work, because that might be actually more relaxing to you than being at home...success doesn't look like a linear path.
