General Support/Account
Why can’t I find pricing on your website?
We understand that cost is an important part of planning your pet’s care. Because each Thrive Pet Healthcare hospital is locally operated, pricing may vary based on your location, your pet’s needs, and the type of service being provided. Emergency, specialty, and general practice services are also priced differently due to the level of care and resources involved. For these reasons, we’re not able to publish standardized pricing on our website.
How can I get an estimate?
The best way to receive accurate pricing is to contact your local Thrive hospital directly. Your veterinary team can:
Provide estimates for specific services
Review recommended treatment options
Answer questions about what’s included in your visit
Discuss any diagnostic or follow-up care that may be needed
And, depending on the issue, we may need to examinate your pet first, to give you an accurate estimate of care that is required for their health needs. We believe in clear communication and will review treatment plans and costs with you before services are provided.
Do you offer payment options?
Yes. All Thrive hospitals accept a variety of payment methods and we accept CareCredit, which is a healthcare credit card designed to help cover veterinary expenses. CareCredit allows you to divide your expenses into monthly payments over 6 or 12 months, with no interest fees if you are accepted.
We also work with most pet insurance providers and can provide the documentation needed for reimbursement. For predictable, preventive care costs, we offer Thrive Plus membership, which includes unlimited exams and savings on services at participating hospitals.
Why can pricing vary?
Veterinary care is personalized. Factors that can influence cost include:
Your pet’s age, size, and medical history
The complexity of the condition or procedure
Diagnostic testing or medications required
Whether care is routine, urgent, emergency, or specialty
Our goal is always to recommend the care your pet needs and to discuss options openly so you can make informed decisions.
Still have questions about cost?
We encourage you to contact your local hospital. Our teams are happy to walk through estimates and answer questions so you feel comfortable moving forward with your pet’s care. Your pet’s health — and your peace of mind — matter to us.
