How do I update my communication preferences?
You can easily manage how you hear from us—email, text, and direct mail notifications—through the Thrive Pet Portal or the Thrive mobile app. Update your preferences in the Pet Portal
Log in to the Thrive Pet Portal on the website
Go to Communications
Choose how you’d like to receive appointment reminders, health reminders, offers, and other marketing messages
Save your changes
It may take up to two weeks for the system to update
Update your preferences in the Thrive app
Open the Thrive app on your phone (or download from the Apple Store or Android Store)
Login
Go to Settings
Select Communication Preferences
Adjust your email, text, and direct mail notification settings for appointment reminders, health reminders and marketing communications
Save your updates
It may take up to two weeks for the system to update
Managing your communication preferences helps ensure:
You receive important appointment reminders and health updates
You only get the types of messages that are most helpful to you
Your contact information stays accurate
You stay informed about your pet’s care
