About Us
Avian & Exotic Vet Care
We have a customized facility where exotic pets will receive state-of-the-art medical and surgical care in a peaceful and calm environment free from dogs and cats. Our team caters to birds, small mammals, reptiles, amphibians, fish, small ruminants, and wildlife as pets (such as squirrels, pigeons, etc.). We also offer TeleVet services for any patients that have been seen by one of our vets in the last 12 months. Download the TeleVet app on iOS or Android.
Our Veterinary Services
Our team provides preventative care for birds, reptiles, and other exotic pets. Services include husbandry evaluations, diet evaluations, annual wellness exams, post-purchase evaluation & screening, geriatric healthcare, vaccines, behavior consultations, and more.
We provide specialized equipment to care for avian and exotic pets. We offer specialized rabbit & rodent dental equipment, ferret dental prophylaxis, bearded dragon dental prophylaxis, and corrective beak trimming for birds, turtles, and beaked fish.
It's hard to provide care without knowing the root of what is ailing your pet, which is why diagnostic testing is so important. Diagnostic testing can include laboratory testing (blood, urine, and fecal) and diagnostic imaging like X–rays, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
Our avian and exotic animal surgery includes traditional surgical procedures (spay/neuter, shell repair, etc.), electrocautery, endoscopy, radiosurgery, cryosurgery, advanced anesthetic monitoring, and advanced analgesia protocols.
We understand that your bird or exotic pet requires an additional level of treatment and care when it comes to things like pet boarding, trimming, and more. We offer pet boarding, nail, beak, & wing trims, nutritional counseling, behavioral counseling, DNA sexing, microchipping, Domestic Health Certificates, and more.
