- Ashes returned in a soft cloth bag inside a decorative wooden urn
- Secure ID tracking system used throughout the process to ensure you receive only your pet’s remains
- Pick-up from your veterinary hospital is available
- Multiple pets are cremated together
- Ashes are not returned; they are scattered in our Rainbow Garden, adjacent to our building
